This Handbook on Electric Sector Supply Chain Cybersecurity and the ten-part webinar series on Supply Chain Cybersecurity was developed by the United States Energy Association (USEA) and EnerNex LLC with funding and guidance from the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). Jamila Amodeo at USAID initiated and managed the project from defining topics to finding speakers to reviewing content; Tricia Williams, Marjorie Jean-Pierre, and Marina Barnett at USEA oversaw the production of the webinar series and supported development of the handbook; Scott Morgan, Hannah Mendel, and Mark Szewczuk at EnerNex, A CESI Company coordinated and moderated the webinars, drafted the contents of the handbook, and created this website.

The webinars and this handbook would not have been possible without the generous contributions from volunteer experts from both electric utilities and cybersecurity vendors listed on the acknowledgements page.
